going above and beyond , part 1
I have lived pain and suffering . I have endured hardships and gotten lost in the darkness . I stumble , i fall.
I also make the choice to stand back up and continue on making healthier decisions to advance and go FURTHER to the highest descended plane .
I step above and beyond into the power that I will to create works of art that are practical and have many subtle features that when combined with the other elements create the dynamic form that is naturally beautiful.
I understand that fear has stopped me in the past and tries moment to moment to stop me . I choose to have courage and persevere.
I step above and beyond arrested development .
I spend my time in reflection and in personal study and care. I am expanding levels of awareness with my commitment to stay sharp , as it takes a only moment to slip and fall . I choose awareness and direct action . I am interested in authentic expression , connection , unconditional action of love , and celebration with all our relations.
My life serves as living proof that we are all capable of being the master co-creators we were born to be .
I continue to connect with others that are sincerely interested in living a masterpiece . I come across many people in my life and I see the beauty within us all . No matter what. We all have capacity to be the master . It takes awareness, vision, courage , patience, unconditional love and creative Action . I work with all the elements , all life . I transmute and find gold within . This gold is valuable within and is not available for purchase or to be sold .
I still slip sometimes, however i will never give up in my life . I have lost too many friends and family to living a self destructive life due to habits and addictions, apathy, confusion etc. I have gone to the edge and now I am back . I am awake and I am ALIVE ! Its awe-mazing to be alive ! I am grateful !!!! I am choosing a new way of living . I am going to live with sovereignty , wisdom, being open flowing free, taking creative action .

The moment is now continues.
I have recently had a few insights that have moved through . i have to to say that every moment i am learning more about myself.
I see myself in others and others in myself. I have made similar choices in life as well as very different choices. No matter what has happened to me , I am responsible for how i choose to live right now .
I see that even from a very age i was responding to others actions out of fear . what might happen if ? I would wait from the approval of others before i took action and when i did take action it was because of something external. I was depending on other people and other things for my joy in life , rather than just feeling the joy of being alive and being able to create. I let this pattern go .
I realize I was giving my freedom away . My freedom was taken away by me . Only i could accept the responsibility and choose to be free , as well as remind myself in every moment to be who i was born to be , which was not a victim. I have seen the road that leads to selfish destruction, and i am taking the road to the garden of abundance.
I choose to be free of shame , blame, guilt, pain from past , and fear. Anything that i know about myself that i want to let go of I am going to let go of . It is not something i want to recreate. I want a healthier relationship with myself and the environment around me .
I choose to free of the story of my life and the victim role i have placed myself in . I choose to create beauty with function and share with the world however i can. I will create a living masterpiece ! I will assist by creating more beauty that serves purpose and sharing it with my world without expectation of results. I choose to live life because I am grateful for the breath of life . I am grateful i have the opportunity to experience life with other living beings. I am in love with being!

I want to remind you that the difference between us as individuals are the choices we make moment to moment. We are born here equal . All living beings. Free. You may disagree and that is your choice . I only invite you to re-examine all which you have been taught and told by something outside yourself that it is any other way . I am by no means trying to get you to think the way i think , however I would like you to invite you to reflect on the questions below . I also invite you to ask your own questions as well as asking others. You could possibly engage in a conversation with yourself or a close friend, family or stranger.
Who are you ?How are you ? Why are you ? What is your choice in this moment to expand and go beyond the "normal" or expected behavior? What are you doing now? How are you connecting with others? What is going on internally for you ? What have you learned about yourself ?
What do you appreciate in your life? Do you truly value that which all is ? In every temple of life? With every being that breathes with a beating heart ? What are you creating now ? Are you responding to your environment , the stimuli external to you with understanding , patience and vitality? What are your actions ? How do you relate and connect with others in your life ? What is the relationship like that you have with others? Is it on a superficial or deep level? What is your relationship to that which dwells inside you?
How is your life going for you ? Why ?
How does this relate to the individual and collective? Does this process require reflection , connection , and action to work?
Are we focused more on solutions above the level of the problem ? What is our energy going towards?
Solutions? Problems?

Reflection
I am taking a moment to touch on our potential . As individuals as well as a collective What are we capable of? What are the possibilities ? What opportunities are available to us in this moment to create a living work of art ?
Lately i have been exploring the creative process with all its interrelated parts through observation on how this process is at work in my daily life . Through reflection in stillness and awareness of self I have been come to more of an understanding how i create both on small scale and on a larger scale .
I am looking at how i connect with others through the words i use and the actions i take in each moment .
How am i contributing to thy own health and well being ? How am i contributing to the world in which i am living? Am i bringing joy ? Am i sharing the abilities, skills and gifts with the environment , the world in which i live? Am i really living the life i was born to live ? Free?How do i take responsibility for living free?
Where is my attention and focus at ?
What am i doing to bring joy to my life ? To others? Do i encourage , uplift and inspire ? When I am presented with challenges , how do i respond? Why do i respond this way ? What would i like to do differently in this moment to create more beauty in my life ?

To all our relations !
To all our relations! ,
I am you . I am anyone and everyone. There is no separation between You , I , and anyone that has lived, lives or will live. The differences are the choices that we continue to make moment to moment . All we have is right now .
I let go off judgement of myself and others . It is not for me to concern myself of anyones actions except for my own . The Power i have is not dependant on another man , woman or anything else outside myself. The power I/we have is the power to choose how i/ we respond. !The power of position i choose is take responsibility for my actions moment to moment, bringing balance to myself and in doing this i bring more balance the world in which i live.
This means every one , and is not limited to a number of individuals , or any specific group, organization, community , tribe, etc. We all responsible for our own lives. There is no enemy except for the one we create within ourselves, even though some times the enemy appears to be outside our self . It is only a reflection .
We have the choice to be our own best friend if we transcend ego . This means letting go off judgment of ourselves and others, as well transcending fear . >>Fear of the unknown , fear of others opinions, fear of our own being within.
The time is now to realize our potential, and take ourselves to the next level ! i invite you to take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings and actions. If we wait for someone else to bring what we were born to bring , we will be waiting for a while . Let us take the opportunity to reflect on all that really matters in our lives. Are we grateful for the people in our lives? Are we expressing the truth that we carry within ? Are we living or dying ? Are we creating a work of art in our lives or are we choosing to live with constant pain , regret , blame, shame, guilt, fear. Do we want to continue to hold onto what happened in the "past" or are we ready to embrace the magick of living in the now?
I invite you to release and let go off that which causes you pain , and create a living work art !
If we do not want to live the same lives over and over making the same choices, let us examine our own choice points, between stimulus and response and try something creative to break out of our mental prison ! If we want to experience living in harmony , consciously creating our experience , all is required is we take the action with our own will power to let it be moment to moment .The more we put into our lives , the more that will fill our lives with abundance!
