brain waves, Clearing beliefs ,patterns unhealthy habits , frequency , vibration and much more !

Brain waves are generated by the building blocks of your brain -- the individual cells called neurons. Neurons communicate with each other by electrical changes.We can actually see these electrical changes in the form of brain waves as shown in an EEG (electroencephalogram).


Clearing Beliefs 

The four levels of held beliefs are: 1) the Core Level, which include beliefs that come from this lifetime, including early ones based on fetal memories, and the work is witnessed in the brain's neurons; 2) the Genetic lineage, which includes those beliefs our parents and ancestors held, and for which the work is witnessed through the genes and the emotional field around the genes, or the "morphogenetic field"; 3) the History Level, or "Past Life" Level, which often includes resolving oaths / vows of poverty, as many of us had other embodiments that included life in religious or spiritual orders; and 4) the Soul Level, as many times our souls have "taken on" lessons / feelings, which are able then to be changed, such as, that our learning can be fun, as opposed to always being a struggle.
 The clearing of limiting beliefs, happens with lots of practice, and one of the best ways to accelerate goal accomplishment is, of course, to work on yourself.

There are multiple layers of non-loving thoughts, beliefs, habits, and mental programs residing in our cells.  Details and incidents from the past that are deeply submerged within your subconscious mind and creating unhealthy tendencies and outcomes. Guiding you out of limitation and into happiness requires that we diligently face our aversions and take responsibility for our feelings. By doing this release work with me you can shift and connect to the positive energy, joy and happiness that is your basic nature. As you release and move more and more in this new direction, you will experience profound inner grace and peace.

When we clear beliefs, judgements, expectations and patterns, we come closer to being the unique whole expression that we are. Everything must be cleared and let go of at source otherwise patterns and behaviors will repeat until the body becomes diseased. When the body becomes diseased, the individual will experience extreme shifts of mood , low energy, loss of appetite etc. For one to be the whole expression that they are, the individual must work past all roots of fear, shame , grief , guilt,  blame , resentment and any other unhealthy  beliefs,  judgement's and patterns. 


Individuals who work with physical ,energetic , mental and emotional realms such as shamans and medicine men and women, or other energy workers similar can help one clear out beliefs, etc. 


I am proposing  that Acoustics, along with art with sacred geometry can  affect the rhythm and movement of energy occurring at the cellular level.


I have been experimenting with different frequencies , tones and other sounds, along with art work, from my own collection ,as well as other collections from other artists to facilitate the healing process for myself as well as others.  


I have plans to build a bed that works with acoustics . This bed will consist of speakers, a receiver, transmitter, antenna for longer range transmission of frequency. 

The five brain wave states 
are delta,theta, alpha, beta, gamma. 
(Most programs start at a work/life busy brain Beta frequency of twenty light flashes per second (20Hz) and slowly ramp them down to Alpha (relaxation and meditation) at 8-12 HZ, Theta (deep relaxation and dreaming) at 4-8 Hz) and Delta (dreamless deep relaxation) of .5-4Hz. We have taken measurements at Mass General with state of the art EEG equipment and have seen a slowing of the brain waves from Beta to Theta in two minutes and complete brain wave harmonization in the left, right, anterior, posterior and occipital regions of the brain.

Gamma could be considered from 
(39-100 hz) are involved in higher mental activity and consolidation of information. An interesting study has shown that advanced Tibetan meditators produce higher levels of gamma than non-meditators both before and during meditation.

The lower the number of Hz, the slower the brain activity or the slower the frequency of the activity.

Choose about 7hz to 9hz while playing any learning tapes, like foreignlanguage tapes, etc. to increase comprehension.
Subliminal Programming
Choose 5hz to 7hz while playing your favorite subliminal tapes, ormake your own by recording some affirmations, and mix paste them from the clipboard at barely audible volumes.
Improve ESP / Intuition
Theta frequencies help in this area, 4hz to 7hz.
Reaching Higher States of Consciousness
Theta again, with daily half hour sessions.
Quick Refresher on long days
Low Alpha 8hz to 10hz for about 15 minutes works well.
Increased Immune System
Relaxing to Alpha and Theta combinations daily.

The rhythm of these wisdom tradition technologies actually slows people's brain waves from their normal busy brain frequency we call Beta (13-30 cycles per second or Hz), to Alpha (8-13Hz) -- meditation, Theta (4-8Hz) -- deep relaxation and dreaming, and Delta (.5-4Hz) -- slow wave or dreamless sleep.

To alter brain states, other cultures use peyote, ayahuasca, mushrooms and more recently LSD.
One can also learn to control and slow down their brain waves through various neurofeedback technologies such as electroencephalograph (EEG), galvanic skin response (GSR), and heart, pulse and breath rate monitors. These devices measure stress and relaxation parameters and then "play" back the signals to the user so they can use the signals as a beacon to guide and "steer" themselves into a relaxed state. This takes some time, work and discipline but is much quicker than learning meditation.
With brain wave technology, changing brain wave states is an instantaneous and effortless process. The 'periodic stimulus' can be sound, vibrations and/or light. We have found that we get the best results with blinking lights which are experienced through closed eyelids. "This is only problematic for people with existing diagnosis of photo-induced epilepsy, as blinking lights can induce a seizure in them."
attention ! Our overall brain activity is a mix of all the frequencies at the same time, some in greater quantities and strength than others.Balance is the key. We don't want to regularly produce too much or too little of any brainwave frequency.
