Meditation chapter8

Chapter8

We all breath , every moment of every day .
Do you know how many humans actually consciously breathe ?
I can only say, there are more every moment .
What about you ?

Have you ever Consciously practiced breathing ?
Well, here is method or practice to assist you . This method that can be used anytime,
anywhere, and it does not cost a cent .
These tools help fine tune yourself , opening up the many energy points within yourself.
Consciously Breathing increases one’s ability to access this flow of energy for general
 health and emotional well-being.
This practice ties in with the practice of Meditation .
We will get to that later in chapter one .
First we will practice breathwork .If you practice this you can begin now.
Be sure to write down any thoughts and how you feel afterword .

Breathwork
Take a deep breath through your nose .
(fill your lungs with air)
Hold it
Now count to 1.
 and 2.
and  3.
Exhale .
Push all air out of your lungs
Breathing out your mouth .
Now repeat and
Practice this for 10 minutes .
Write down any thoughts or feelings
that you have had during and after your 10 minutes of breathing.

What thoughts and feelings did you have ?
How do you you feel now ?
Now I ask you ,
Do you consciously observe your thoughts and actions while you were breathing ?
Now try again clearing your mind everytime you exhale .
This is the time for a clear head, so you can properly relax .

When you begin to meditate , and are breathing , observe any thoughts
and clear them away . This will bring you closer to a deeper state of relaxation .
Now we are going to take our breathwork further.
We are going to add the practice of meditation
to our breathwork.
Meditation and Breathwork really work well together .
I have discovered that counting my breaths helps me
"let it go" and completly relax and bring my mind
to the state 
of no thought.
When I cleared my mind of all thought , I was able to
start my meditation .

Conscious Breathwork introduces meditation .
I suggest to practice this method at least once
daily . Like Breathing , it does not cost money .
And the benefits far outweigh what ever temporary satisfaction
you will recieve from spending money .

Be sure to find an area  that you will not
be disturbed in.
Light some candles,incense and stick a do not
disturb sign on the door(s).(These are just extra suggestions.)
Sit downon on The floor or a wooden chair works great as well .
Close your eyes
Begin breathing .
Take a deep breath , inhaling through your nose
and fill your lungs with air . <Just as before>
Now hold it .
Count 1.
2.
and 3
And exhale through your mouth .
Now repeat for 10 minutes . While you are Breathing ,
observe and count the number of
conscious breaths you have practiced .
Count both inhale and exhale .
Leave this to be the only thought you have during this time .
Each time you have a thought , go right back to counting
your breath and Clear your mind !
Practice this daily and You  will see results with your overall
attitude. When you practice this everyday
 you will be headed  towards mastery over your life, both your thoughts and emotions.

I have included Some Recent observations and reflections
(When you find the love within yourself , you begin to want to give it away .
Only when you find it within, will you be able to Pro-ject Love")
 .
<It is thought that When one is Projecting Love to another and they are projecting Love back,
it  will create more love energy.

Meditation with a group

Meditation with others is also recomended. Find others in your area that are
also interested or curious about these practices . Create a network . There are many ways
to find others that are
interested .
I.e. Anyone you meet might be interested , you never know ,
you just have to ask .
(The internet is a great way to find social networking web sites where you can connect with
other like minded concscious individuals )
Find a time that is convienant for others and set up a weekly group meeting .
This time can be spent for others to gather and meditate . Be sure to Hold hands, as this
will channel more love into the group .
Remember the practice of conscious breathing .
Use this to help you, clear your mind . When you clear your mind you allow a energy to be
projected.  When you are with others and projecting (giving)love energy  , the projection  of love
energy heals the group as well as your own self .
Set some time aside before the end of the session to talk about these experiences .
Communication and Trust between one another is very important in any relationship.
Talking among your group of friends and really opening up will build stronger bonds
between one another . This will help the  the individual which will help the collective
