Chapter 2

Observation

Have you ever observed yourself ?

Observe yourself on all levels .
This means mentally ,spiritually,emotionally, physically, and sexually.
Observe your thoughts, emotions, and most importanly your actions.
Observe the world around you.
What Are you thinking right now ?

What are feeling right now ?

What were doing before you started reading this book ?

Are these thoughts, feelings and actions created by fear, doubt, envy,pride,or lust?

We all experience these thoughts and are often stopped in our path by them.
Let your thoughts that do not serve you go. First recognize through observation and reflection.
As you begin to see these thoughts arise in your daily thought process, replace them thoughts of
Love, and appreciation .
When you observe consciously our thoughts and actions , you can ask yourselves one question.
Are these Thoughts of Love?
In my experiences , Any thoughts or actions that are not created by love are only going to cause physical,
emotional,and mental misery.
Can you say otherwise ?
What have your experiences taught you ?

I have learned that each experience, is a lesson.
Each experience is meant to teach you more about yourself and the world around you .
This means that regardless of the situation , you can examine, learn, and grow  from it .
When I loved more and fully embraced each moment I
felt better and was more content with my life.
I would like you to Observe your actions from now on .
Look at what you create.

Observation 

In conclusion to this chapter , I will say once more
that observation is one of your greatest tools .
If you use it correctly , it will teach you more about yourself and the world.
